Time Commitment: 10 hours per week

Note that there will be a total of 6 weeks off spread across the academic year for exams and holidays.

Novelly is on a mission to get e-books by underrepresented youth published and taught in the English classroom, so that every student can feel seen and inspired by what they read in school. What is the goal of the Publishing Director?

You will be working with the Research & Evaluation Director and Managing Editor (Programs Manager) of Novelly in order to continually update and improve Novelly’s digital library. In the Fall, you are responsible for collaborating with 10 youth authors and uploading their e-books with teaching resources on Thinkific in way that aligns with Novelly’s organizational goals and editorial guidelines. In the Spring, you are responsible for updating the e-book publications with any additional assets and producing a report on the performance of the Novelly library.
